Washington lawmakers CRC letter

Seventy-five Washington lawmakers sent this letter to Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, indicating their ongoing support of the Columbia River Crossing project despite Washington Gov. Jay Inslee's plans to withdraw funding from his state for the bridges.
