Quit claim deed for Karl Thompson

This document transfers the deed for Spokane police Officer Karl F. Thompson's Kootenai County home to Diana Jean Thompson (Harrison), the woman from whom he filed for divorce in 2008. Federal prosecutors are alleging that Thompson concocted the divorce to conceal his assets in the civil case in the death of Otto Zehm.
