Court opinion about fired federal agent Garvais

A former federal law enforcement agent, Duane Garvais, fired after he uncovered corruption on the Spokane Indian Reservation, has won a $400,000 judgment in U.S. District Court for Eastern Washington against the Bureau of Indian Affairs for malicious prosecution.
