Projects in Gregoire's stimulus plan

A list of projects in Gov. Chris Gregoire $1.2 billion economic stimulus proposal. The plan includes more than $90 million in buildings at Spokane-area colleges and local highway repaving and $15 million more for the North Spokane Corridor.
