T-Shirt Design Contest

Do you have a design idea to show your love for local journalism, or the Inland Northwest? From Nov 3rd through Nov 25th, you can submit your design for a chance to win prizes!

The Spokesman-Review Shop is officially HERE and we want to showcase community designs of all ages. Entries will be judged by a panel of The Spokesman-Review staffers who will select winners in six divisions, each of which has a unique prize.

T-Shirt Design Submission Form

HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary. Submit your t-shirt design using one of the following methods:

  1. Cut-out Form: Use the t-shirt form printed in The Spokesman-Review on 11/3, 11/6, 11/10, or 11/13.
  2. Print-out/Photocopy: Print or photocopy the t-shirt form above.
  3. Digital Submission: Submit a .pdf, .png, .jpg, or .jpeg image of your design. Design specifications:
    • Minimum size: 1800 px x 2100 px at 150 dpi
    • Maximum size: 4200 px x 4800 px at 300 dpi

SUBMISSION METHODS:

  1. By Mail: Send entries to The Spokesman-Review T-Shirt Design Contest, P.O. Box 2160, Spokane, WA 99210. Classroom submissions should be mailed together.
  2. In-Person: Deliver submissions to The Spokesman-Review office at 999 W. Riverside Ave., Spokane, WA 99201. Classroom entries should be delivered together.
  3. Online: Submit designs online via the provided forms (separate forms for those under 18 and those 18 and over). Parental consent is required for participants under 18. Classroom submissions online must be submitted one at a time.

DIVISIONS AND PRIZES:

  • Division 1: Ages 4 and younger; Free t-shirt featuring their design + Mobius gift card (2 children, 2 adults; $48)
  • Division 2: Ages 5 to 9; Free t-shirt featuring their design + Lego Store gift card ($50)
  • Division 3: Ages 10 to 13; Free t-shirt featuring their design + AMC gift card ($50)
  • Division 4: Ages 14 to 17; Free t-shirt featuring their design + AMC gift card ($50)
  • Division 5: Ages 18 and older; Free t-shirt featuring their design + $50 credit to The Spokesman-Review store + 6-month subscription
  • Division 6: NIE-Participating Classrooms; Classroom t-shirts featuring the winning design + class tour of The Spokesman-Review + pizza lunch on the rooftop.
