Premium Issues – All print subscriptions may include up to 4 Premium Issues per year. For each Premium Issue your account will be charged an additional $2 in the billing period when the section is published. This will result in shortening the length of the billing period. Upcoming Premium Issues are announced with ads in The Spokesman-Review newspaper.
Carrier Fuel Adjustment – To help mitigate high fuel costs a fifty-cent monthly fuel surcharge will be charged to the account balance of all print subscribers when the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in the Spokane metro area is $4.50 or higher for the previous month. To determine the average price of a gallon of regular gasoline for the month we will look at the price on the last Sunday of each month. Determination of fuel prices will be made by using the AAA Gas Prices website, www.gasprices.aaa.com.

Print Vacation Hold Policy – Print subscribers will retain their digital access during vacation holds. No credit is applied to accounts for print vacation holds of 14 days or less. Subscribers can request a vacation pack which provides the delivery of up to 14 days of newspapers on the day a subscription resumes from a vacation hold.
