Bellacrosta Bakery and Fine Foods opens Wednesday in Liberty Lake.

The new shop features rustic breads – sourdough, multigrain, millet, garlic parmesan, olive, golden raisin and fennel – as well as baguettes, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, soups and bone broth.

Retail items include Sciabica olive oil, salad dressings, candied nuts, spice rubs, barbecue sauce and Tom Sawyer coffee and espresso drinks.

Store hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The store is located at 1235 N. Liberty Lake Road, Suite. 109, in Liberty Lake.
