Central Food hosts Vegetarian Wine Dinner

Tickets are for sale online for Sunday’s Vegetarian Wine Dinner at Central Food.

Try four wines and six courses of meat-free foods, including grilled halloumi cheese with capers and gremolata, paella with oyster mushrooms, and salad with pumpkin, beets, carrot and avocado. Dessert is a cheese tart with grapefruit sorbet, honey and sea salt.

Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Central Food, which opened three years ago today at 1335 W. Summit Parkway in Spokane's Kendall Yards. Call (509) 315-8036.

Tickets are $75 per person. Tax and gratuity are included. Seating is limited to 24 people.
