Too Many Cooks

Think pink!

When the weather warms up, it's time to think pink.

Pretty in pink. On the patio.

It's time for rose-colored wine.

Rosé pairs with almost anything. But that's only one reason it's become so popular. In the next Spokesman-Review Food section, wine writer Andy Perdue and Josh Wade of downtown Spokane's Nectar Tasting Room explain rosé's rise during the last decade and share some of their favorite pink-wine food pairings.

Hannah Heber, owner of Luna on Spokane's South Hill, lends the restaurant's popular patio for the photo shoot. Luna has one of Spokane's most extensive wine lists, with about two dozen different rosé offerings.

Cheers!
