All vegan, much local
There are still a few seats left for the five-course vegan dinner at Ruins Tuesday night.
Dinner is presented by traveling vegan chef Joshua Ploeg and Ruins chef-owner Tony Brown. Ruins bartender Crystal Bertholic is creating the cocktails.
Look for cauliflower croquettes with fennel slaw, collard rolls with ref quinoa and mushrooms, Palouse lentil cakes, cocoa fig cakes and more.
Seatings are at 6 and 8 p.m. The cost is $45 per person.
