Spokane made it official Tuesday, formally announcing it has left the AFL for the IFL and Adam Shackleford is back as head coach.

Shack, popular and successful in his first stint with the Shock from 2007-09, is busy putting together an IFL roster (it probably won't include any players with Shock or AFL ties) while the franchise tries to sell the league change to its fan base.
