California running back chooses WSU
Running back Romello Harris from Tulare, California announced on Twitter that he's accepted a football scholarship from Washington State.

Harris, a three-star running back, would be the first WSU player from Tulare since Marquess Wilson. He reportedly chose the Cougars over scholarship offers from Fresno State, Washington and other schools.
