I'm pretty sure this game involving a team from Arizona and a team from Spokane isn't the one grabbing all the headlines (see NCAA basketball tournament), but it's a big one nonetheless.

The Spokane Shock and Arizona Rattlers resume their rivalry today in Phoenix. Both teams are 1-0 and both have been at or near the top of the AFL through the years. Arizona has ascended to the top the last two years. Spokane won the AFL crown in 2010. Most of those years, the winner had to go through the other to get there.
