Zags, Cougs collide at Arena

Gonzaga and WSU hook up tonight in the Arena. The 9th-ranked Zags are 7-1, basically one play in crunch time from being undefeated and probably ranked in the top five. WSU is 4-4. The Cougars defeated Idaho State, Rice, Missouri State and Texas-San Antonio. They lost on the road to TCU and UTEP, lost in Alaska to UC-Santa Barbara and in Pullman to rival Idaho.

So it makes all the sense in the world that GU would be heavy favorites ... but by 24 points? I don't pay much attention to the odds, but I would have pegged it at 16-18 points.

Here's my preview. More on WSU here. In case you're wondering why the game is being played in the Arena, here's a reminder from April.
