Zags have line on success

Good evening. Media day earlier today and I took a deeper look at the correlation between free throws attempted and winning basketball. Gonzaga and other successful teams thrive on their ability to get to the free-throw line. Here's a link to my notebook that will run in Wednesday's S-R.

Elsewhere, Mark Few and Kyle Stanley have never met, but that didn't keep Few from texting encouragement to Stanley after he blew a three-shot lead at the Farmers Insurance Open on Sunday. More on their connection here.
