State tournament brackets

Question: How do you see the Eastern Washington, Spokane/area teams faring at state?

Annie Arnzen of Mt. Spokane is seen in the picture above trying to hit through Mead's Kaely Kight and Hannah Zalopany.

4A: Tourney begins Thursday and concludes Friday at Toyota Center in Kennewick. Defending champ Mead opens against Kentwood. If Mead wins, it would face the Newport (Bellevue)/Graham Kapowsin winner in the next round.

3A: Tourney begins Friday and concludes Saturday at Toyota Center in Kennewick. Mt. Spokane drew Capital. If Mt. Spokane wins, it would face the Seattle Prep/Camas winner in the next round.

2A: Tourney begins Friday and concludes Saturday at Toyota Center in Kennewick. Defending champ Pullman opens against Interlake and West Valley takes on White River. Both teams are on the same side of the bracket.

1A: Tourney begins Friday and concludes Saturday at SunDome in Yakima. Colville opens against LaSalle and Newport meets defending state champ King's.

2B: Tourney begins Friday and concludes Saturday at SunDome in Yakima. Defending champ Colfax opens against Mt. Vernon Christian. Northwest Christian faces LaConner and Reardan meets Adna.

1B: Tourney begins Thursday and concludes Friday at SunDome in Yakima. Almira/Coulee-Hartline takes on Neah Bay, Northport meets Tekoa-Oakesdale, Colton goes against Christian Faith and Wilbur-Creston faces Pomeroy in openers.
