Vandal men, women picked 4th
The Idaho men and women's hoops teams found themselves in similar spots with the release of the WAC basketball preseason polls this morning. Both Vandal programs were picked to finish fourth -- by the coaches and media. You can find the polls here.
UI guard Mac Hopson was a first-team preseason selection and Steffan Johnson was picked as preseason Newcomer of the Year. The women had two second-team selections by the coaches -- Yinka Olorunnife and Derisa Taleni. Olorunnife was a first-team media pick.
