Will order be restored and the cream begin to rise in the Greater Spokane boys basketball league? Or can we expect the unexpected to continue because there so much parity? That was the theme I explored in my story this week in The Spokesman-Review Prep Page. If the way this week began it appears things may be beginning to sort out. But just as I think that, something else wild and wacky will occur.
