The Spokane Valley city council is meeting for an all-day budget workshop Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a half hour lunch break at noon. The 100-some page agenda may be downloaded here. 

Public comment is not allowed during the budget workshop and video from the meeting will not be streamed online. 

Noted on the agenda is that the council reserves the right to "take action" on any items listed or later added to the agenda. The council defines "take action" as deliberating, discussing, reviewing, considering, evaluating or making a collective positive or negative decision on an item. 

There is no meeting at 6 p.m.
