Spokane Valley City Council will tackle a 33-page presentation on law enforcement goals tonight, as well as get another update on the Sullivan Bridge project which has gotten more expensive than planned.

The agenda for this the first council meeting for newly appointed interim council members Jonathan "Caleb" Collier and Pamela Joan Haley is full and promises to work the new council members through some very important Valley issues.

One seat on the seven member council still remains to be filled by appointment. The deadline for applications was July 1. A timeline for this appointment process will be determined as soon a possible.
