The intersection of Argonne Road and Knox Avenue is first in line, as crews work to change the roadway and make room for smoother turns. During this work, traffic on Argonne will be reduced to two lanes in each direction and only right turns will be allowed - this part of the project should be done by mid-June.

Crews then move on to the intersection of Argonne and Montgomery, where a northbound right hand turn lane will be added. The crosswalk south of the intersection will be eliminated and the all pedestrian traffic will be directed to the crosswalk north of the intersection. A new traffic camera will be installed to monitor traffic flow.

In late July, crews will install another traffic camera at Trent Avenue and Argonne Road.
