The Spokane County Library District board of trustees will hold a special meeting Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 108 at CenterPlace, 2426 N. Discovery Place. The trustees will be discussing strategic planning. The meeting is open to the public, but no public comment will be taken.
