The Spokane Valley Police Department is looking for a missing developmentally disabled woman who is considered vulnerable. Brandie L. Hardin, 26, has been missing for several days. She was last seen at the Red Robin in downtown Spokane at 7 p.m. Thursday. She is white, about 5'4" tall, about 170 pounds with brown eyes and red hair.
