A Spokane Valley sex offender was arrested today at his home near the Central Valley Kindergarten Center for alleged possession child pornography. Detectives with the Spokane Police Special Victims Unit served a search warrant in the 1400 block of North Hodges and arrested Christopher M. Ebner, 37. He has prior convictions for third degree rape of a child and possession of depictions of minors enganged in sexually explicit conduct. Reporter Meghann Cuniff has more details here.
