Spokane Valley Mayor Tom Towey will give his third State of the City speech tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Woodard Elementary School, 7401 E. Mission. He will give a total of four speeches, each addressing the city's past accomplishments and goals for 2012. There will be time for questions from the audience.

The fourth and final speech is set for 12:30 p.m. April 25 in the Spokane Valley Mall Community Room.
