Couple carjacked in Spokane Valley
In case you missed it, we have information in today's paper on the carjacking of an occupied car from the Spokane Valley Wal-Mart store at about 2 p.m. Monday. Store security tried to catch a man as he was attempting to leave with a Blue Ray player he hadn't paid for when he allegedly pulled a knife and swung it at the guard, according to a police press release.
The man then got into an occupied white 2011 Dodge Intrepid and drove away. The husband and wife in the car were allowed to get out near Barker and Indiana.
