Spokane County Fire District 13 in Newman Lake is having a special public meeting tonight at 7 p.m. to give out information about the district's bond on the November ballot. The district is asking for $2.2 million to build a new Station 1. The meeting tonight is at the old Station 1, 10236 N. West Newman Lake Drive.
