Jerry Stout puts the finishing touches on his snowman he built in his Upriver Drive apple orchard, Thurs., Dec. 2, 2010. "The snow is actually working, and i'm out of work, so I've got the time," remarked the 65 year-old. He found buttons in his wife's sewing kit for eyes, painted a night light for the nose, and used yarn for the mouth.  (J. Bart Rayniak)

Bank robbery update

No arrest has been made in yesterday's bank robbery. A K9 team was unable to track the suspect and people in a home that drew police's attention for a time turned out to be uninvolved, according to police spokesman Sgt. Dave Reagan.The robber got away…
