OLYMPIA -- Special joint session of Legislature opening for inauguration and speech by Gov. Jay Inslee.

We'll be live blogging it when the action starts. Right now they're reading the roll of the House and senators are finding their seats in a very crowded House chamber.

State elected officials and Supreme Court justices will be escorted in, and visiting dignitaries in the galleries will be introduced.
