Shots from the Inaugural Ceremony: Collins sings National Anthem
OLYMPIA -- Judy Collins sang "The Star Spangled Banner" to open the special joint session of the Legislature in which the statewide executive officials were inaugurated.
For an encore, she sang three verses of "America the Beautiful" to close it out.
