OLYMPIA -- Songs by Judy Collins to open and close the Inaugural Ceremony prompted elected officials in the audience to pull out their cell phones to capture video or audio. 

Among them was State Supreme Court Justice Steven Gonzalez, who like the rest of the court had a front row seat for the ceremony.
