Public television station KSPS elected to hold a roundtable discussion on Spokane County Proposition 1, which would expand the Spokane County Commission by two members. Commissioners Al French and Todd Mielke, who have publicly staked very different positions on the ballot measure, are joined by Karen Kearney and Sheila Collins to explain their positions.
