OLYMPIA -- Washington would ban "aversion therapy" to turn gay youth straight under a bill approved Thursday by the House. Rep. Matt Shea, R-Spokane Valley, led an effort by GOP members to defeat it for provisions he said were unconstitutional and interfere with patient-therapist relationships.
