Want to pay more for sewer?
Spokane County will hold a hearing on its proposed increases in sewer rates, that would boost the average monthly home bill in the county by $5 next year and by $11.50 by 2012.
Spin Control could make lots of word plays, using various terms that describe the stuff the sewer system will be carrying and treating. But we will refrain in an effort to be, well, more adult.
Hearing starts at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the lower level of the Public Works Building. That's the new looking building, next to the castle-looking building, on West Broadway a block from Monroe.
