While there are no Manufactured Home carols to sing or Manufactured Home cards to mail, they want you to know certain facts about this type of housing.

Key among them, don't call them mobile homes, let alone trailers. Only 1 percent of manufactured homes ever move, once they are put in place.

Not sure if this includes the ones in the Midwest that fall victim to tornadoes...
