It's the people behind downtown's French-style Madeleine's Cafe and Patisserie who are applying for a liquor license in "the other half" of the old Altamont Pharmacy, next to Title Nine.
Debra Green and her daughter Megan Van Stone run Madeleine's together, and they are applying for a spirits, beer, wine and restaurant/lounge permit at 928 S. Perry Street, suite A.
