Did you know that Spokane's Julia Sweeney was in a "Saturday Night Live" skit many regard as one of the show's 10 best ever?
She played the mom in the first appearance of the late Chris Farley's "Motivational Speaker," Matt Foley.
It appeared on May 8, 1993.
Sweeney's is not a big role. So you might be tempted to say "Well, la-dee-frickin-da."
But at least she's not living in a van down by the river.
