Saying farewell to The Rev. Martin D. Wells
This week is Martin's last as bishop of the Eastern Washington-Idaho Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
(His territory includes a little corner of Wyoming.)
He is retiring.
He has been bishop since the summer of 1999.
He is, quite simply, one of the best guys I know.
