What if your alma mater turns out to be GU’s opponent?
OK, let's say you went to college far from here.
But Spokane is your home now. So you root for the Gonzaga University basketball team.
Well, what will you do if, on Sunday afternoon, you learn that GU has been paired against your alma mater's team in the NCAA tournament?
It happens. I could name names.
Whether it winds up being 2016's version of Wyoming, Davidson, West Virginia or you name it, someone here attended the school that will be GU's initial opponent. Probably multiple someones.
But I guess for a sports fan, that would be a happy dilemma.
