Are baby boomers to blame?
You know how it is the solemn duty of each generation to mock and ridicule younger generations for an obsession with pop culture minutiae?
Sure. But when did this start?
Are baby boomers to blame?
You have to think their parents might have been busy with surviving the Depression and winning World War II. Did they really have time to excitedly talk for hours about movies and radio shows?
Maybe. But I've read that they had chores to do, which would have interfered with truly geeking out.
Of course, as a registered baby boomer, it has occurred to me that those raised on social media might have taken this culture of time-wasting to amazing new extremes.
But I freely admit that 1970s hairstyles were the quite possibly the worst in the recorded annals of mankind.
