Spokane is north of Canada
That concept never gets old to me.
Sure, the Lilac City is not north of all of Canada. Far from it.
But we are north of more than you might suspect.
Check it out on a map of North America. Follow our latitude all the way over to the Maritime provinces. You'll see.
And next time you hear that line from the Canadian anthem, "...the true north, strong and free," go ahead and take a bow.
