Florence Young and I both attended Northern Arizona University.

We visit in person every few years out in Cheney, when NAU plays EWU in basketball.

And every now and then, she sends me something for The Slice.

How cool is Florence? She once sent an NAU alumni publication some stuff about me and it got printed. Made me sound like a successful graduate.

I think the jury is still out on that. But if Florence thinks so, that's good enough for me.
