The Slice

Paul’s People, No. 54

Lou's husband, Tom, passed away a few years ago.

Lou Sachse has been sending me stuff for a couple of decades.

I'm always pleased to hear from her. She has a sense of what sort of things I'd like to include in The Slice.

Here's an example. In 2009, I was doing something on people not being able to remember names. And she shared this story.

"Lou Sachse nominated her husband, Tom, as having the worst memory for names. 'However, his description of folks as he's trying to think of their names is very entertaining.'"

Thanks, Lou. Nice to finally meet you.
