Possible reasons some of my co-workers won’t go ice-skating with me
1. I neglected to invite them.
2. Doesn't fit with their schedule.
3. They can't skate and don't think falling hard on ice over and over would be all that much fun.
4. (Males) Fear that I will want to regale them with the story of how I set up my big goal against Montpelier High.
5. (Females) Fear that when they start to fall I will reach out to keep them upright and in so doing take what Ann Landers might have called "Liberties."
