On some level, I realize it's crazy and does not really work.

But I would imagine I am not the only one who was taking shallow breaths and trying hard to avoid anything resembling deep breathing this morning. At least while outdoors.

I hope the S-R's HVAC system includes good filters. And I hope that's true where you are, too.
