Graffiti takes aim at Target developer: Your reactions

Vandals appear to have taken aim at developer Dave Black, who is developing a 15-acre site at South Regal Street and Palouse Highway for a new Target store. Black woke up Friday morning to find the familiar logo spray-painted on the sign for his housing subdivision. The project has drawn opposition from the Southgate Neighborhood.
