Three sex offenders considered likely to re-offend recently registered in Spokane County. 

Joe Louis Barton, 47, (right) is living in the 1100 block of West York after serving 216 months in prison for raping a 7-year-old girl in 1986. He's no longer on probation. 

Delores M. Hegge, 31, (left) is living in the 1300 block of North Foothills Drive. She was sentenced to 21 months in prison in 1995 for first-degree child molestation. Her victim was a 10-year-old boy. She is not on probation. 

Jeffrey W. Naftel, 52, (right) is living as a transient in Spokane County. He was convicted of first-degree child rape and first-degree child molestation in 1991 in Chelan County. His victims were 5- and 7-year-old boys. He's not on probation.

Barton, Hegge and Naftel are level 3 sex offenders, the classification considered most likely to reoffend. None is wanted by law enforcement, but authorities want the public to be aware of their presence.
