Much has been made -- and will continue to be -- about Gov. Gary Locke's legacy as he prepares to leave office in January. Was he the Education Governor? Will his lasting mark be his "what can the state afford?" budget strategy? Or the big tax breaks for Boeing?

Here's one other brewing legacy: Locke and his wife, Mona Lee Locke, are expecting a third child in November.

Their other two children are 7-year-old Emily and 5-year-old Dylan.
