Keeping Pace

A Big Thank You To Readers Of The Spokesman-Review And Keeping Pace

We have received several comments from readers regarding our coverage of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Spokane County Raceway and have posted two that stood out. Thank you for your readership and for the comments.

I'd like to thank you for the wonderful article that you wrote about this weekend's race at Spokane County Raceway. You not only provided many of the technical aspects of the race, but you also covered the emotional side of a situation that has been begging for a major overhaul for many years. I, too, feel that this town will support such an effort that has been put forward by Bucky Austin, Jay Livingston, and Cindy Gibbs-Arias, along with many others, to make this a first-class racing facility that the people of Spokane will enjoy for many years to come. Thanks again.
