Like Larry McRenyold's says "Lets pull them belts tight" cause we got some racing
coming up this fall. August, September and October will have some very good events
to go along with the Saturday Night Shows we have looked forward to all year.

The Alliance will be at Stateline Speedway on August 8th and this will be one good
show. I want to thank Ken Chandler of Boise,ID for his help. Ken is the Meridian
Speedway Late Model Lite class representative and he worked with track manager Adam
Nelson to move a couple dates around so his fellow competitors could attend the
Stateline and Shasta events. The Alliance would love to see some of the Meridian
teams in Posts Falls having fun at the very competitive Stateline Speedway.

The Columbia Motor Speedway in Hermiston, OR has invited the Alliance teams and any
other interested teams to take part in the Super Mini vs. Super 4 $1000.00 to win
event. For those of you who have not been to Hermiston this season be prepared to
see what some hard work and effort has done to this race track, it look great and
this event has caught the eye of Alliance regular Steve Thompson. For more
information on the track call Chad @ 541-720-1018

With the cancellation of the Spokane event the Alliance was put in a position to add
another event to replace SCR. The reasons being is the Alliance started out with
five points events and we want our teams to have five opportunities to score
championship points plus we also have agreements with our sponsors for five events
as well.
Not having much time we entered into discussions with South Sound Speedway and we
have agreed on Saturday, Sept. 5th as the make up date for the SCR event and moved
Championship night to Sunday Sept. 6th. These will be two independent events with
separate payoffs and points. We feel that by using the three day weekend we
eliminate an extra trip with all of the added expense.
I want to thank Terry Stewart for helping with the awards party. Terry and myself
will be working on a time to hold the awards presentations and once we know we will
pass it on to you.

The Shasta Speedway event on September 19th was put together by Shaun Tubbs and
Redding, California's  Chuck La Hourge. Chuck builds Pro4 chassis and Shaun drives
one. I can say on both there behalf's thanks Kenny Chandler as this was the other
date Ken had switched. Shasta is a way cool facility and is pro4 friendly. Please
consider this event because California could use our help. Teams already expressing
interest are Meridian drivers Shaun Tubbs, Ken Chandler, Casey Tillman, California
drivers John Soares and Don Minut as well as Oregon's Terry Rennick.

Yakima Speedway was very impressed with the Alliance race held in June, the quality
of the cars, the speed and most of all the 32 cars in the pits. After a couple of
meeting Yakima Speedway will be adding a Pro4 event to their historic Fall Classic
weekend. The event will be a track run event with some assistance from myself and a
tech crew. The winners share of the event will be $1500.00 and as soon as the rest
of the event information becomes available we will get it out to everyone. Fast and
Fun. October 2nd & 3rd.

The Last Chance 50 at Meridian Speedway would be a great way to get that last race
in and call the season DONE. The Meridian Speedway has taken on a new look and has
new management and I'm sure everyone would have a great time. This will be on
October 10th.

I will send out flyers on each events as the get closer so you will know everything
about each show.
